Born on August 29, 1962 in Dzorap village of the Ashtarak region.

1982 – 1984 – Served in the Soviet Army.

1985 – Graduated from the Yerevan Terlemezyan Art College.

1985 – 1987 – Worked as Publishing Editor in “Hayfilm ” Studio.

1992 – 1999 – Dealt with constructive work in the RF.

1999 – 2001 – Head of the Economic Department of “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC.

2001 – 2002 – Founder – Manager of the “Spitak Tnak” constructive LLC.

2003 – 200 – Founder – Manager of “ITARKO CONSTRUCTION” CJSC.

2004 – up to now – Founder – Manager of “Hayk Arshin” LLC then President of the “Hayk Arshin” LLC.

December 15, 2010 – May 31, 2012 – Deputy of the National Assembly (proportional electoral system, PAP.)

February 4, 2011 – May 31, 2012 – Member of the Standing Committee on European Integration of the National Assembly.

May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Prosperous Armenia” party.
