STATEMENT OF THE I.A.O. ON THE HOSTILITIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

The members of the Interparliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy (I.A.O.) express their sorrow for the current events in the disturbed region of the Middle East as well as their concern for the development of the ongoing events, during of these Holy Days of Christianity. In addition, they express their hope that reason, mutual understanding and adherence on the principle of peoples’ peaceful co-existence will prevail and will lead to cease fire of hostilities which have as a consequence the loss of human lives.
