33RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF PABSEC.

The I.A.O. Alternate Secretary General Mr. Theocharis Tsiokas and the Chairman of the I.A.O. Financial Committee and Member of the International Secretariat Mr. Viktor Semionov participated in the works of the 33rd General Assembly of PABSEC in Bucharest, 10 – 14 June 2009 and represented the I.A.O. with the status of observer. In addition, they had an official meeting with His Beatitude Daniel Patriarch of Romania.
