ATHENS, 29 NOVEMBER 2017. MEETINGS OF THE GREEK PARLIAMENTARY DELEGATION TO THE I.A.O. WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC AND THE ARCHBISHOP OF ATHENS AND ALL GREECE

The Greek Parliamentary delegation to the I.A.O. headed by the Secretary General Mr. Andreas Michailidis with the participation of the members of the delegation Mr. Athanasios Bouras, Mr. Stavros Arachovitis, Mr. Maximos Charakopoulos, Mr. Ioannis Sarakiotis, as well as the I.A.O. Advisor Dr. Kostas Mygdalis, realized meetings with His Excellency the President of the Hellenic Republic Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos and His Beatitude Hieronymos II, Archbishop of Athens and All Greece.

The delegation briefed the two institutional personalities of the I.A.O. activities, as well as the I.A.O. International Conference which will be held in Beirut, Lebanon, 24 – 28 March 2018 with subject: “Diversity in Unity and Fundamental Freedoms for Christians and Muslims in the Middle East: A Conference for Parliamentary Dialogue”. The briefing concluded with the activities scheduled for the 25th anniversary since the foundation of the organization and the preparation of events, dedicated to the anniversary throughout the coming year 2018.
