MOSCOW, 6 – 8 NOVEMBER 2011. SIGNING COOPERATION AGREEMENTS.

Signing cooperation agreements between the Interparliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy (I.A.O.) with the Parliamentary Assembly of the Russian – Belarus Union and the Inter-parliamentary Assembly of the Eurasian Economic Community (Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tadzhikistan).

The I.A.O. Secretary General, Member of the Hellenic Parliament Mr. Michail Pantoulas, as well as the Alternate Secretary General, Member of the Hellenic Parliament Mr. Anastasios Nerantzis realized a visit to Moscow from 6 to 8 November 2011. Mr. Pantoulas signed cooperation agreements between the I.A.O. and Parliamentary Assembly of the Russian – Belarus Union and the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Eurasian Economic Community (Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan).

On behalf of the I.A.O. the cooperation agreements were signed by the President of the I.A.O. General Assembly Mr. Sergei Popov and the I.A.O. Secretary General Mr. Michail Pantoulas. On behalf of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Russian – Belarus Union the cooperation agreement was signed by the Secretary of the Union’s Council Mr. Sergei Strelchenko and the member of the Council Mr. Ivan Savvidi. On behalf of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Eurasian Economic Community the cooperation agreement was signed by the Secretary Mr. Peter Zverev.
During their stay in Moscow Mr. Pantoulas and Mr. Nerantzis attended the official opening of the photography exhibition on Mount Athos, which was realized at the State Historical Museum of Russia.
